AVSI Polska, funded by Intesa Sanpaolo Banking Group (the largest Italian banking group), has developed a new project to promote integration through employment of Ukrainian refugees arrived in Poland after the war.
As a general objective the project aims at supporting the integration of refugee’s women and children into the social, economic, and educational fabric in Poland. The specific objective of the project is to increase the employment and employability levels of 150 Ukrainian’s women by providing them with Polish language training, soft skills and technical training and psychosocial support.
We are currently at the stage of selecting companies and beneficiaries to be involved in our project, some of whom come from the areas of Poland where AVSI Polska has been engaged since the beginning of the emergency with refugees reception and integration projects.
