Avsi Polska operates in the field of social welfare and aims to improve social and economic conditions by promoting small business , continuing children and adult education , vocational training , fighting unemployment, and health care activities.

In 2008, Avsi Polska was recognized as O.P.P, Public Utily Organisation.
AVSI Polska mission is supporting human development in the wake of the Catholic Social Doctrine with particular attention to education and promoting human dignity in all its expressions.

Development of Intermediate Bodies and Subsidiarity
Carrying out development projects means fostering associative capacity, recognizing and valuing the formation of intermediate bodies, and creating a social fabric rich in participation and shared responsibility.
